I move:
That for the purposes of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Competition Act, 1991, and the Mergers, Take-overs and Monopolies (Control) Acts, 1978 and 1987, and to provide for related matters, it is expedient to make provision for the charging and fixing of fees in respect of notifications to the Minister for Enterprise and Employment of proposed mergers or take-overs."
