229 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the application for financial assistance under the small schemes programme for an area (details supplied) in Dublin 12 where there is a problem requiring attention. [92/94]
Given the primarily rural orientation of the small schemes programme, it was not possible to include this scheme for financing from this source.
230 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment when he will approve the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County Westmeath) Regulations which were submitted to him by Westmeath County Council some time ago for approval; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [110/94]
The Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Westmeath) Regulations, 1994, were made on 28 June 1994.
