Ceist:258 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment if a new submission has been received by his Department for a proposed development at Golden Island, Athlone, County Westmeath, for inclusion in a new designated area allocation; if so, if this submission has been approved by Athlone Urban Council; and if he intends to give designated status to this area in view of his statement regarding this area at the launch of the recent designated areas scheme.
