Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Ó Cuív — an gá atá cleachtas teanga a chur ar fáil do na boird sláinte maidir le cúraimí sláinte do mhuintir na Gaeltachta, go mór mhór maidir le cúram seandaoine ón nGaeltacht gurb í an Ghaeilge a gcéad teanga; (2) Deputy Shatter — the inadequacy of the resources and funds made available to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal for payment of compensation awards already determined; (3) Deputy Durkan — the failure of the Minister for Health to activate in full the provisions of the Child Care Act, notwithstanding the calls for its implementation from various professional and statutory bodies; and the danger to children as a consequence of this delay; (4) Deputy J. Higgins — the delay in sanctioning flights from Knock Airport for the direct export of live cattle; (5) Deputy R. Bruton — the differential of up to 33 per cent in pre-tax motor fuel prices between Ireland and the rest of Europe, and (6) Deputy Liz O'Donnell — the activities of the Western Health Board in the case of Kelly Fitzgerald.

The matters raised by the following have have been selected for discussion: Deputies Shatter, J. Higgins, Ó Cuív, and Durkan.
