Ceist:113 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Land Registry will grant possessory title to a squatter on a freehold property but will not grant possessory title to a squatter in a leasehold property as a result of the decision in Perry v Woodfarm; and if she will introduce reforming legislation to deal with this anomaly in order to regularise the situation for many squatters in this State.
