118 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Education the date of application, progress to date and likely outcome of an application for a furniture grant from a school (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3539/94]
My Department has not received any application for grant-aid in respect of the provision of furniture at the school referred to by the Deputy. Inquiries have however been made with the chairman of the board of management who has informed the Department that he had made his application to the Office of Public Works district office. Its office has been requested to refer the papers to my Department who will expedite the processing of the school's application.
