4 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Justice in view of the planning application for a casino lodged with Fingal County Council, the plans, if any, she has to issue a licence for such a casino; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3635/94]

I have no plans to issue a licence. Indeed, my advice is that there is no provision in the Gaming and Lotteries Act for the licensing of a casino.
