The Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs has considered the Bill and has amended the title to read as follows: "An Act to amend the European Communities Act, 1972, so as to provide that certain provisions of the treaty concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the European Union shall be part of the domestic law of the State".
