Announcement of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 9, 10, 11, 12 and, subject to the agreement of No. 12, Supplementary Estimates — Votes 2, 13, 15, 25, 31, 32, 40 and 41 — followed by No. 6. It is also proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that: (1) Nos. 9, 10 and 11 shall be decided without debate; (2) subject to the agreement of No. 12, Supplementary Estimates — Votes 2, 13, 15, 25, 31, 32, 40 and 41 — shall be moved together and decided without debate by one question which shall be put from the Chair and any division demanded on Estimates today shall be taken forthwith; (3) No. 6 shall be decided without debate and, subject to its agreement, all Stages of the Appropriation Bill, 1994 shall be taken together without debate and shall be decided by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall in relation to amendments include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Finance.

Are the proposals by the Taoiseach agreed? Agreed. In respect of (1), is it agreed that Nos. 9, 10 and 11 shall be decided without debate? Agreed. Are the proposals for dealing with No. 12 satisfactory and agreed? Agreed.

They are agreed on the basis that the Estimates can be discussed by the appropriate committee, as is normal.

Is the proposal for dealing with No. 6 satisfactory and agreed? Agreed.
