Ceist:68 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health his response to an appeal for assistance towards dental treatment by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny for his child in view of the circumstances surrounding the need for this particular treatment; and his views on whether, an appeal would have been lodged to his Department and South Eastern Health Board if this person could afford to subscribe to the VHI or obtain private dental treatment, as suggested by him.
