Ceist:71 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Health if he has satisfied himself with the operation of the new dental action plan in Dublin city in view of complaints from medical card holders that only basic dental treatments such as fillings and extractions are being carried out by dentists operating under the plan and that other forms of treatment must be paid for by public patients.
