That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to allow Coroners to bring in a suicide verdict, to allow Coroners to be paid expenses for maintaining an office and secretarial staff, and to allow Coroners to be paid travelling, subsistence and out-of-pocket expenses.
