89 Mr. M. Smith asked the Minister for Education if suitable transport arrangements will be made available to persons (details supplied) in County Tipperary who are attending Templederry national school, Nenagh, County Tipperary. [7122/95]

The case referred to is currently the subject of an inquiry being made by my Department. A report has recently been requested from Bus Éireann on the matter.
