I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D94CK1046IR is an application for voluntary transfer which was lodged in the Land Registry on 24 August 1994. The second dealing No. D94CK09846Q is an application for sub-division and release of a burden which was lodged in the Land Registry on 25 August 1994.
I am informed that both of these applications are in the final stages of completion and it is hoped that registration will be completed within the next month.
