Ceist:129 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding the proposed sale of a school (details supplied) in County Cork; and if she will have arrangements made to expedite the matter. [8043/95]
Written Answers. - County Cork School Sale.
The authorities of the school in question have sought the release of the Minister's legal interest in the building.
To enable the matter to be progressed it will be necessary to establish whether or not the premises will be required for future educational purposes. This will be clarified shortly and my Department will then be in touch with the school authorities.
