I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application under section 49 (i.e. acquisition of title by possession) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 was lodged on 21 February 1995. I understand that due to their complicated nature, such dealings usually take some time to process.
I am further informed that the Land Registry issued queries to the applicant's solicitor on 29 April 1995 to which a reply is awaited.
