135 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to complete the first registration of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick, in view of the fact that details were submitted in April 1993; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7975/95]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for First Registration was lodged on 6 April 1993.
I am further informed that the Land Registry issued queries to the applicant's solicitors on 30 March 1994, and that the documents lodged were returned to the solicitors on 28 April 1995, at their request, to enable them to answer the queries issued by the Land Registry.
