Written Answers. - Farm Retirement Scheme.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer is in receipt of a Farm Retirement Pension. She is being taxed on the emergency basis because she has not completed a return of income form. The inspector has now issued this form to the taxpayer. She should be advised to return the completed form immediately to the inspector so that her tax affairs can be brought up to date.
