I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:—

An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995.

a copy of which Order in draft was laid before the Dáil on the 16th day of March, 1995.
