A decision on the school's application for an extension was conveyed to the chairman of the board of management on 22 March 1995. My Department decided not to grant-aid the provision of additional permanent accommodation at this school on the basis that a projection of future enrolments indicates that the school will not require additional classrooms in the long term. The school was advised that my Department would consider the grant-aiding of temporary accommodation.
