I have received a message from the President stating that the Supreme Court has decided that the Regulation of Information (Services outside the State for Termination of Pregnancies) Bill, 1995, is not repugnant to the Constitution or to any provision thereof and that she has accordingly signed the Bill on 12 May 1995.
