69 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for the Environment if Meath County Council has submitted an application for funding towards the cost of repairs to the Navan swimming pool out of the £2 million fund for such purposes; the stage of this application; and when it is proposed to approve the funding. Preliminary proposals from Meath County Council for refurbishment works at the Navan pool, at the estimated cost of £330,000, were received in my Department on 30 March last and are being examined. The question of funding does not arise at this early stage in the process.
