83 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if he will ensure that all Government proposals are employment-proofed in order to ensure maximum job creation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8973/95]
It is important that the employment implications of any proposals being submitted to Government are fully evaluated in advance. Government has formally agreed to this and my Department is at present finalising guidelines which will assist Departments in carrying out these evaluations.
