Ceist:96 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Marine if he has considered the recent submission to his Department by Westmeath County Council recommending that certain lakes in County Westmeath be designated by regulation as areas considered as unsuitable for jet skis and fast power boats, with special allowances for any designated boats used for search and rescue or training for search and rescue; if he will indicate when he is likely to make a formal decision in relation to this submission; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
