171 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the total expenditure on computerisation under the Public Capital Programme in each of the years 1993 and 1994; and the estimate of expenditure under the Public Capital Programme for 1995. [10522/95]

The expenditure on computerisation under the Public Capital Programme in my Department for the years 1993 and 1994 and the estimate for 1995 are as follows:

The bulk of the capital expenditure in 1995 is for the continuation of the programme on improving the delivery of payments under the headage and premia schemes with particular emphasis on the further enhancement of the local office computerisation programme.
