Ceist:93 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Finance the plans, if any, he has for the old Garda station, Enniscorthy town, County Wexford; and if he will make it available to local community groups. [10532/95]

The property in question is surplus to State requirements and, in accordance with standard procedures, arrangements are in train to offer it for sale on the open market. However, if the local community wishes to obtain the property for worthwhile purposes, they should put their case in writing to me and it will be given full consideration.
