Ceist:

136 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite registration of lands (details supplied) in the Land Registry in view of the fact that this has been an ongoing problem and is causing this person hardship. [10687/95]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the folios in question are part of a Land Commission vesting order which is pending in the Land Registry.

I am further informed that it is the policy of the Land Registry to try, as far as possible, to expedite cases in which it can be established that special circumstances of urgency exist and in view of the circumstances outlined by the Deputy I have asked the Registrar of Titles to expedite this case.
