Ceist:56 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if his Department will finalise the establishment of the county enterprise boards as limited companies; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11079/95]
Written Answers. - County Enterprise Boards,
Thirty (30) of the County Enterprise Boards have so far been incorporated as companies limited by guarantee and two more are in the process of incorporation. The remaining three Boards have been urged to forward the necessary documents to my Department so that the legal incorporation of all thirty-five Boards may be completed.
