113 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice whether she will ensure that registration of a transaction in the Land Registry is completed for a person (details supplied) in County Cork who is an applicant for installation aid and who is unable to obtain this grant in view of delays in registration of his title. I am informed by the registrar of titles that dealing Nos. D93CK11841V, D93CK00881A and 93CK03167R are three associated applications for transfer of part which were lodged in the Land Registry on 11 November 1993, 22 January 1993 and 22 March 1993 respectively. I understand that all three applications are in the final stages of completion and it is hoped that registration will be completed within the next two weeks.
