85 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in introducing regulations under the Control of Dogs Act which will exempt dog handlers with State and semi-State organisations from the general provisions of the Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The review of the dog control regulations, referred to in the reply to Question No. 106 of 31 January 1995, has not yet been completed. Any regulations necessary will be made as soon as possible after completion of the review.
