147 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite a dealing in the Land Registry Office for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in view of the fact that the financial affairs of this person are being held up pending the issuing of a land certificate. [11963/95]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. 94GYO4816 is an application for transfer of part of Folio 24633F County Galway together with an application for a new copy folio and a copy file plan map which had been re-lodged in the Land Registry on 21 July 1994.
I am further informed that a new folio is currently being drafted and it is hoped that registration will be completed within the next two to three weeks.
