28 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Finance if he will have arrangements made for the disposal of land at the rear of the Garda Station in Tallow, County Waterford, to adjoining householders in view of the fact that the land is not being used and is unlikely to be needed by the Garda authorities in the future. The Commissioners of Public Works are in correspondence with an adjoining householder who has sought to acquire a portion of the Garda Station site at Tallow and, subject to agreement on price and other terms, are willing to sell the area sought.
