Seanad Éireann has passed the following Bills without amendment: the Casual Trading Bill, 1994; the Local Government (Delimitation of Water Supply Disconnection Powers) Bill, 1995; the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 1995; An Bord Bia (Amendment) Bill, 1995; the Ethics in Public Office Bill, 1994 and the Social Welfare (No. 2) Bill, 1995. In relation to the Consumer Credit Bill, 1994, (1) Seanad Éireann does not insist on amendment No. 77 made by it on 30 June 1995; (2) it has agreed to the amendments made by the Dáil to amendments Nos. 29, 127 and 141 made by Seanad Éireann and (3) it has agreed to the amendments made by the Dáil consequential upon its acceptance of Seanad amendments Nos. 5, 21, 49, 49a, 87 and 194.
