Written Answers. - Payment of Land Claim.
The claim in question is one of many received in respect of lands acquired in connection with the Ballinamore and Ballyconnell navigation restoration project. A detailed inspection of the lands involved has been carried out and I expect that negotiation with the claimant's agricultural consultants, with a view to concluding an early settlement, will take place within the next week or so.
