138 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice if she will give a breakdown of the number of personnel in her Department and private firms contracted for public relations-media advice; the names and costs paid to private firms and consultants; the total cost incurred since her appointment; the total cost incurred by the Minister of State at her Department; if this expenditure went out for tender; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I wish to refer the Deputy to my replies to Parliamentary Questions No. 95 of 19 October 1995 to Deputy John O'Donoghue and No. 74 of 25 October 1995 to Deputy Noel Dempsey which gave full details of the information requested by the Deputy. I should clarify that there are no personnel in my Department contracted for public relations/media advice. With the exception of some slight change to the amounts paid to date, the information contained in the replies to those parliamentary questions has not changed.
