73 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Health when the residence for Saint Elizabeth's high support community residence at Edgeworthstown, County Longford, will be opened in view of the fact that staff numbers have been agreed for some time; and the reason for the delay in opening the facility. Limerick East): The Midland Health Board is responsible for the delivery of mental health services in its functional area which includes the Counties of Westmeath and Longford. I have been informed by the board that staff numbers for Saint Elizabeth's high support community residence at Edgeworthstown, County Longford have not yet been decided. Negotiations regarding staffing levels are still ongoing.
