Ceist:102 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a tax refund in view of the fact that the matter has been with his Department for some time. [1753/96]
Written Answers. - Tax Refund.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund for the year 1995-96 has been processed and that a cheque in the sum of £435.38 will issue to the taxpayer shortly. The commissioners are satisfied that there has been no undue delay in processing the taxpayer's claim.
