229 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment whether the Dublin Airport Task Force report has been published; if not, the reason it has not in view of his comments to Dáil Éireann on 4 May 1995 when he said he was seeking to have the report prepared for publication. [2330/96]
The report of the Enterprise Development Task Force, established to identify new employment opportunities based round Dublin Airport and/or within the Aer Lingus structure, has not yet been published. The recommendations of the task force has been brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities and I outlined to the Deputy on 25 January 1996 the developments that have taken place. Some recommendations of the task force concern other Government Departments. Those Departments are considering the recommendations. Since my statement to the House on 4 May 1995 the question of the publication of the task force report has been and still is the subject of discussion with the other Government Departments and with the chairman of the task force recommendations.
