130 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment whether an application for approval of a revised polling scheme from Westmeath County Council has been received by his Department; if so, the date on which this application was made; the reason for the delay in processing the application; and when it is expected to approve the scheme. A polling scheme was received in my Department on 4 April 1995 from Westmeath County Council. My Department is in correspondence with the council in relation to the scheme, which will be considered further when the documents requested have been received from the council.
