90 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health the reason for the cessation of disabled person's maintenance allowance to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; if his attention has been drawn to the hardship which is being caused to this applicant by the delay in resolving the issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick East): Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer. Western Health Board with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
