Brennan asked the Minister for Justice when she will reply to an application by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 for permission to engage in business in this State in view of the fact that the application was first made in the summer of 1995 and all but one of eight items of additional information were provided in October 1995, the remaining item being provided in February 1996; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
