173 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education if negotiations to finalise the transfer of the old vocational school in Fermoy, County Cork, from County Cork vocational education committee to her Department have concluded, ensuring a permanent premises for Gaelscoil de hÍde which now has 251 pupils; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Chief State Solicitor's Office has requested the vendor's solicitor to forward the contract in respect of the transfer of the old vocational school in Fermoy, County Cork.

On receipt of the contract my Department will arrange to have it executed and will pay the required deposit. My Department is anxious to finalise this matter.
