Written Answers. - Art Exam Results.
Representations in regard to the art results received by the candidates referred to by the Deputy were received in my Department. An application for a recheck of the work of the candidates in question was made in August 1995. Following the re-check, it was considered that their work did not warrant an upgrade.
Replies to the recent correspondence have been issued assuring the candidates that in the course of the recheck in autumn 1995 their work was remarked by a different examiner and that they have been credited with marks for all four components of the art examination.
