I propose to take Questions Nos. 46, 64 and 76 together.
Legal issues arising from the report of the International Body, including the question of legislation that might be necessary in the context of an arms amnesty, are currently being examined by my Department in consultation with the Attorney General's Office.
Deputies will of course be aware that the issues relevant to arms decommissioning which were identified in the report of the International Body will fall to be addressed in the All-Party Negotiations which will get under way on 10 June.
