93 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Education when her Department intends to publish the full details of arrangements regarding the new provisions governing the employment in primary schools of teachers trained in Northern Ireland and in member states of the EU as outlined in her Department's press statement of 10 November 1995; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Following from my press statement of 10 November 1995, a circular containing details regarding the new provisions governing the employment in primary schools of teachers trained in Northern Ireland and other EU member states is being prepared by officials in my Department. The circular will issue to the boards of management of all primary schools before the end of this school year.
