49 Mr. Callely asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs the reason for the delay in setting a scheduled date for all-party peace talks during the period of the 17 month ceasefire; the issue that prompted the scheduling of the date for such talks which are due to be held on 10 June 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
