Ceist:90 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for the Environment the plans, if any, he has to amend the Public Service Vehicle Regulations, 1995 on taxi and hackney services; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11263/96]
Written Answers. - Taxi and Hackney Regulations.
The 1995 Public Service Vehicles Regulations came into force on 1 September 1995. While I have no proposals to amend the regulations at this stage, I intend to review them in the light of experience of their operation. I do not think it would be right to initiate any such review until at least one year after the commencement of the regulations.
