273 Mr. N. Treacy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a REP scheme payment has not been made to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; the date on which payment will be made; the amount of payment to be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application has been processed by my Department for the person concerned and payment amounting to £2,504.07 will issue in the next ten days.

This payment represents 50 per cent of the annual payment. The remaining 50 per cent will issue in six months.
