285 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the number of pieces of legislation operated by and policed by his Department which were on the Statute Book prior to 1921; and the titles of such legislation. [11393/96]
I regret to inform the Deputy that it is not possible to provide the information sought by him in the time available. Furthermore, I am advised that to compile the information required would be a particularly onerous task which would absorb a disproportionate amount of available resources. If the Deputy wishes to put down a specific question I will endeavour to ensure that the information he requires is made available.
