299 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment will be made to a person (details supplied) under the control of farmyard pollution scheme in view of the fact that she applied for this scheme on 13 March 1995. [13553/96]
The applicant in this case carried out work under the control of farmyard pollution scheme without the prior written approval of my Department. It is a strict condition of the scheme that aid will not be given for works commenced before written approval has been conveyed to the applicant. This decision was conveyed to the applicant by letter of 19 April, 1996.
